Implementation of the method described in the paper "Inconsistent shape registration via optimization of mapping distortions". The arXiv version is available here. To use this repo, clone also my costomized GPToolbox repo and inlcude it in the Matlab path.
Run demo_*.m files to have a look at the examples.
