Added tests for Psi_{nlm} as implemented in #12164 and removed a duplicate line from test_spherical_harmonics.py. Also, for me the integrate(...) example in the docstring failed to calculate.

Added tests for normalized hydrogen wavefunctions psi_{nlm}
6d20d92 
Related to sympy#13481 and sympy#12164. psi_{nlm} = R_{nl}*Y_{lm}
so the tests on R_{nl} and Y_{lm} guarantee correct results
for psi_{nlm} - combined those to check this explicitly.
