EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Email whitelist shouldn't be case sensitive

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email whitelist is case sensitive, entering in an allowed address with all caps will trigger it to not be whitelisted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Create an account using a valid whitelisted address but use all caps
  2. Check your email
  3. Note you don't receive it
