This shouldn't change anything, just delegates checking for internal/temporary files to the ignores library and updates this library.
I am currently running the FS watcher PR on Syncthing on my systems, so I didn't test this in production.
EDIT:
This does not fix #161. I will probably fix this upstream, so updating this now is pointless -> closed.
