automx.html not working

I installed automx version 0.10.2, configured following the instructinos and now it's working.
After this I wanted to let it work for iOS and OS X Mail too. The INSTALL file refers to a automx.html that is not present in the master branch.
I found it in the mobileconfig branch. Copied it together with the js css and img directories, opened the URL with a browser, filled in the form, pressed the "Create Configuration!" button and... nothing!
I tried both with Firefox and Safari. Same results.
Am I missing anything? Is this a bug?

Not sure, if this is still an issue. We have slitty modified documentation in current master branch. You may also contact the mailing list and bring up this issue again. Sorry for the long delay.

Hi, i have the same problem. It doesnt exit a automx.html like in the INSTALL file called.

So i copied all from src/html to my documentroot and renamed the index.html.de to index.html so a site appears and i put in the data needed but after press "Konfiguration anfordern" the new site shows /mobileconfig not found.

And another Problem, how can i set auth_identity to emailaddress ? With smtp_auth_identity = ${mailaddr} it wont work...
