tModLoader starts without the sunflower loading icon appearing at all during loading

Description

When I start up tModLoader in any way, there is no sunflower icon that appears to signify game loading.
With fast computers, the loading icon doesn't even appear on vanilla Terraria, because the loading is insanely fast.

Log File

I don't think a log file is needed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Terraria
2. Look at the bottom middle of the game window to see the sunflower loading icon appear. If you're using a fast computer, you have to be quick.
3. Close Terraria after it fully loads into the main menu.
4. Launch tModLoader
5. Look again at the bottom middle of the game window. You won't see that at all.

Expected Behavior

The sunflower loading icon should appear

Actual Behavior

The sunflower loading icon does not appear

Reproduction frequency

100% of the time.
Without (large/multiple) mods, probably 95% of the time if not 99%, but that was on 1.4.3 stable.

Additional Information

It's just a small thing, but I find that it adds a nice touch to Terraria. That's why I'm reporting it here.

Wow why did the issue title break?

That's going to annoy me if it isn't fixed in the final release... but I know it will be fixed. ;)
