To do automagical TR/ updates, editors need to be tagged with an editor ID. https://github.com/w3c/echidna/wiki/Preparing-your-document#data-editor-id

Maybe do that the same way you've done org links? Like:

Editor: Mike West 56384, Google, mkwst@google.com

These were lost in the Bikeshed conversion because I didn't realize
