Added the ability to use VIZ_CSV in the body section of an email instead of only as an attachment. This will display the CSV as a table of text within the body of the email.

Added the ability to use VIZ_CSV in the body section of an email instead of only as an attachment. This will display the CSV as an HTML text table within the body of the email.
