Add 'Input View', similar to well view, but not time shifted and showing time points as circles

We should decide whether to add this or not soon, as it would be a figure panel. I vote yes. We're calling it Experiment View now right? That's going to be a bit confusing when trying to describe experiments vs Experiments. I say this from the perspective of writing the paper.

I also vote yes, but it's a matter of whether or not there will be time to
implement it. I estimate it will take a few solid days of work to rewrite
the relevant parts of the code and do all the testing, but would be a good
addition to the project.

Karl - can you give us a deadline? That will determine if it happens. I
personally probably won't be able to do this in the next week.

I will pull a deadline out of my butt and say 2 weeks. Basically it would have to get done by when we send out the paper, which is not happening for a couple weeks. At least....
