Fix Windows key description for macOS #1481

For macOS builds, this changes descriptions with Windows keys to the equivalent macOS key.

The following were changed:

"This value is different than the scene framerate. Ctrl + Click to reset." (Flipconsole/Viewers)
"Use Ctrl+Alt to Resize Brush" (Preferences Tools; Advanced option enabled)
"Alt + Click to Toggle Thumbnail" (Column thumbnails when Preference Loading - Column Icon set to On Demand)
"Average Color (Ctrl + Drag)" (Histogram)
