This fixes an issue with the following drawing guides being invisible when the both the canvas' Camera Box and Raster Bounding Box are disabled:

Raster brush tool's straight line guide
Smart Raster brush tool's straight line guide
Geometry Tool's Rectangle and Polygon guide
