Tailwind generate some reset not prefixed when using important configuration

What build tool (or framework if it abstracts the build tool) are you using? Not related (I've a reproduction on Tailwind Play)

What version of Node.js are you using? Not related

What browser are you using? Chrome

What operating system are you using? MacOS

Describe your issue

I've explained what is the issue in the CSS tab of the reproduction URL.
I now this is an edge case but I think it's the purpose of that important configuration, so it would be great if it could work.
Maybe it should be part of the preflight and so possible to disable it?
