Certificate profile info provider implementation with the following mapping:

Authentication certificate profile
C = FO (fixed)
O = instance identifier
CN = security server identifier

Signing certificate profile
C = FO
O = instance identifier
OU = member class
CN = member code
serialNumber = security server identifier

All field values are generated by the implementation. The serialNumber field should be editable, other fields should be read-only.
