Improved stability (by using different algorithm), so it finally gets major version.
To comply with BeatMods approval guidelines, you should now drop CoreOSC.dll into Libs folder.

IP address is no longer hardcoded into mod. So now you can change it at:
%BeatSaber_directory%/UserData/BS_Patstrap_support.json
That file will be automatically created if you run Beat Saber with updated mod at least once.
Pretty useful if your VR-capable PC isn't on the same network (e.g. you're not at home or using Cloud PC).
