Code and data for reproducing all main figures for LaChance and Taube, Current Biology, 2023 (run generate_figures.py). Figure panels saved in 'figures' directory. Also includes code for running centroid vs. two-wall GLM on example cells from Figure 1 (run center_vs_2wall.py). Requires Python 3.9, matplotlib, seaborn, numpy, scipy, astropy, pandas, and built-in tools.
