NLMCXR Report Generation: Metrics

Fine tune a model with various metrics used in NLP. Model is trained on NLMCXR reports dataset. Metrics available:

• BLEU score
• CIDEr evaluation
• METEOR evaluation
• ROUGE evaluation
• SPICE evaluation

NOTE: Although it most likely works, it has not been tested on > 1 epochs due to time and device constraints.
