Some explanation of IRI needs to be given. If you don't know what IRI is then UseWithIRI is meaningless! I suggest that this is true for most readers of this documentation.

Perhaps place a note in the comments of UseWithIRI that refers to Section 1.3.2 of the RDF Guide.
