If you've been directed here, it's because you opened an issue without providing the information needed to look into your problem. When opening an issue, select Possible bug, Feature request or Question and follow the template and instructions provided that are needed to duplicate and solve your issue. The possible bug instructions look like the following:

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of the bug and specify the transmitter model (ie: X9D, X7, Horus X10S), telemetry protocol (ie: FrSky S.Port, Crossfire), receiver model and any other important hardware details.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, example:

  1. Go to '....'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Radio and model settings

Below are the instructions for exporting radio and model settings that are needed to simulate (and hopefully reproduce) your problem:

  1. Connect transmitter to computer using standard method (trim in, power, connect USB) see: https://youtu.be/GAETmZsKqwY?t=2m13s
  2. From your transmitter's '\SCRIPTS\TELEMETRY\iNav\cfg' folder, copy the contents '*.dat' to your computer
  3. Run OpenTX Companion
  4. From 'Read/Write' menu, select 'Read Models and Settings From Radio'
  5. Note the model number/name you're using when having the issue
  6. From 'File' menu, select 'Save As...' and save radio models and settings to OTX file
  7. ZIP the OTX file and the '*.dat' files and attach it to this issue
  8. Make sure you specify the model number/name from your transmitter when having the issue
