Indicate that TCPDF is abandoned

By judging from the fact of indiscriminate and without explanation closing of pull requests without further communication, maybe at least tell the world the true status of this software: It is abandoned.

A few examples:

• Allow enabling local file:// protocol #249
• Fix 'Constant xxx already defined' #245
• PHP8 errors and several other fixes #244
• TSA timestamp signature feature #243

TCPDF is not abandoned, it is features freeze because another lib is in development instead: tc-lib-pdf

In which universe is a feature freeze the same thing as closing all bug fixes without reason or response?

These PRs were closed because the main branch is now called "main", so please resend to the correct branch.

@nicolaasuni Thx for your work on TCPDF. But it really feels abandoned. You close PR's without a reason for weeks. You say another lib is in development, but when we look at the commit graph, it's cleary not "in" development.

Would be awesome if you can hand this project to someone that actually can invest time, or another person beside you that can do the main dev.

Edit: Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh. I have much respect for your work on this project. It's so widely used and works perfectly smooth for many cases.

I do have to second @brainfoolong on this , I do respect all the effort that You spend and when into TCPDF, but we also want to respect Your personal time on this project, If you are not able to personally spend time on this project, Please allow other people to help you!

At least this Project can live on in the community.

Also consider in a few months that PHP8 is released and many more issues could happen.
