Purpose: Shows a tray icon with disk queue length history in Windows.

Initially developed by Niels Teglsbo Jensen in personal time

To exit: Double click the tray icon.

Known problem(s):
* Must be run as administrator in Windows 2008 R2. Otherwise it will eat massive amounts of CPU cycles.
