- Present initial project understanding and requirements
- Get enough information and clarification to start working on Onboarding portal

Current onboarding process is manual:
- after interview is complete, Resource is onboarded to O365 + timesheet / project
- will upload resume after CAL decides they like the Resource -> become an available resource
- Need approval from CAL to update profile
We discussed the resume parser, resume requirements, when the resource is onboarded
- Client relationship to projects and access to Tempus (Phase 1.5)
- Client will only have project and timesheet access for their own project -> will be specifically onboarded (account created) for a project
- CAL does actual matching with client (sends resume, finds them a project)
- Some sort of filtering on skills, experience, so CAL can find resources easily
- They become an available resource or an assigned resource, and can begin tracking their hours (Phase 2)
Also discussed Project Timeline / Roadmap Phase 1: Feb - March (Onboarding, Resume Parser, Accounts) Phase 2: Late Feb - March (Client Onboarding, Projects) Phase 3: Late March - Sep (Timesheet Modules, Hour Tracking)
- Update Requirements to reflect meeting notes
- Send email to CAL with requirements and as follow up to receive necessary information (specifics, resume information)
- Start developing Onboarding stories, goals, milestones on ClickUp (tomorrows meeting)
