test: implement test for PositiveTotalStakingsAmountInvariant

Description

I just found that I forgot to implement TestPositiveTotalStakingsAmountInvariant.
TestPlanTerminationStatusInvariant is also left as empty, but that invariant check is considered to be removed entirely.
