decision forests tutorial tf_df_in_tf_js code wasn't working for me

• tutorial md to edit: tensorflow/decision-forests/blob/main/documentation/tf_df_in_tf_js.md
• i couldn't run the decision forest demo in js using the model files that were exported from the colab code in the tutorial
• discussion that led to reporting it here: Can't run Decision Forest demo in JS with exported model tfjs#8056 (comment)
  • to fix it, i basically had to run an edited version of the tutorial's colab/python code tensorflow/tfjs/issues/8056#issuecomment-1846627938

  • or compare my demo that didn't work (includes the .ipynb) with my demo that worked (includes the .ipynb)
