You should add BTW, the truth that Bazel do not recongnize the global env-vars was about to KILL me. |

Try "sudo pip uninstall numpy" and "sudo pip install numpy" numpy probably needs to be version 1.10.1 so check this with "python", "import numpy as np", "np.version" to see the version. |

Are the files different in contents? Even if they are different, it is likely the naming is just not correct on your machine. |
