SSL is now default, we should support if out of the box so that everyone can develop applications with SSL by default.

let's disable this by default as nginx-proxy still has lots of problems. Anyone can try this by enabling it via vagrant_config_override.json

I'm trying to see if https://github.com/ehazlett/interlock is a better fit or something that the two can complete each other.
