Package description
Other open source projects (e.g. mozilla-central for Firefox's Gecko) require autoconf2.13 (I know 2.13 is an old version, but they specifically need it). Some of mozilla-central's projects can be compiled individually (not considering the entire browser). Builds on Ubuntu's page show tarballs available for all architectures.

Current latest version of autoconf available on Termux is 2.69 according to repology.
