Deletion of Default Compute Service Account causes issues where you cannot use services:

  • AppEngine Flex
  • Cloud Run

Perhaps - Use the Default Compute Account: ([PROJECT_NUMBER]-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com) and Reduce the IAM Permission on it, instead of deletion of the Default and Recreation.

We can add a variable flag to disable this behavior.
