Uses the "subarg" syntax:

t2 run index.js [foo bar baz -a 1 -b 2 --named --key=value]

Will result in process.argv on the deployed program:

[ '/usr/bin/node',
  '/tmp/remote-script/index.js',
  'foo',
  'bar',
  'baz',
  '-a',
  '1',
  '-b',
  '2',
  '--named',
  '--key=value' ]
