[Improvement] Make a Office 2010 floating/transitioning toolbar #41

Its me again ;-)

What would be really nice is having a toolbar which is only visiblewhen the user selects text in the rich text editor.

You could make a mode on the rich text editor like Mode.Fix and Model.Floating :)

This way my UI is cleaned from things which I need only in special context (selecting text)

I've answered this in #40 (see full answer in #40 ) as I see the solution to both as being very similar.
