textlint-ja/textlint-rule-ja-unnatural-alphabet: 不自然なアルファベットを検知するtextlintルール

例外として X は Y ですみたいなことを書いてるパターンとN倍などがある。
そういう場合は例外に記述してもらうことでよさそう。
(XはYですと書くのが意味的にも良さそう)

デフォルトがfalse-positiveになってるので、もう少しそこが改善できたら

textlint-ja/textlint-rule-ja-unnatural-alphabet#2 でかなり誤検知は減る気がする
