This release provides 32- and 64-bit Windows executables, which function as alternatives to Linux's notify-send and xdotool getactivewindow. See the WSL-related code in config/.bash_aliases for a possible use case. A command timer has been implemented, and it works out-of-the-box on WSL and Linux.
I think your antivirus won't like these executables. However, they are safe to run. (You can even compile the corresponding C# programs yourself if you're not convinced!)
