Im new to this project and Im not sure how to run tests for a specific framework. I thought I would look at the CI and saw that it was not running properly.
This was introduce in #3565 by @waghanza.
This PR make sure the dynamic matrix is working properly, but it does not run the tests (because I still don't know how)
