Welcome to the SG 2018 Data Mining the City wiki!

This guide will be structured around the three main workflows involved in the workshop:

  1. CAPTURE & PRE-PROCESSING
  2. RECONSTRUCTION & POST-PROCESSING
  3. VISUALIZATION

Because the reconstruction process requires a fairly robust hardware setup to work efficiently with large datasets, we will be processing the reconstructions steps on a pre-setup remote PC. However, we have also provided instructions for you to set up a the required software on your own system for experimentation beyond the workshop.
