Add support to store all private credentials in Pivotal CredHub in PCF deployments. We should ensure that the broker continued to support environments without CredHub, such as OSS CF deployments, and Kubernetes -- keep #101 in mind.

  • Store broker service credentials (user/pass that CF uses to authenticate to the broker)
  • Store management API password in CredHub (user/pass from broker to ECS)
  • ECS generated access/secret keys (keys from client app to ECS)
