Added more info, External IPAM has been merged so maybe we can also document that? Thing is, there is only one EIPAM implementation and that one is in "incubating" stage. I have to admit our presentation of "DB" IPAMs is confusing for users. This hopefully clears it out. Also added the two newest additions.
