We believe that a number of industry disrupting technologies are at our doorstep, exciting technologies that will allow us to connect in more effective and meaningful ways. We believe that with this comes an opportunity to rethink our technological path, to examine our way of life, and what it means to be a human in the 21st century.
The Human Web Project is a movement to build a new application stack on top of these disruptive technologies, to increase collective IQ, and augment human capability
The Human Web project seeks to empower everybody with the ability to:
- Access, protect, control and share their identities and data
- Securely communicate with machine and other human beings alike
- Trade and participate in smart contracts
- Collaborate and coordinate by themselves or together with others
- Evolve and share their user experiences with others
- Do all of the above without having to be tied to any middlemen
This is a info-package to help understand/explore the topics behind The Human Web. Join us on #thehumanweb on irc.freenode.net (http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=thehumanweb for web client)
Hashes is the intended first offering from The Human Web project and would be available for Windows, MacOS X, Linux, SailfishOS, Ubuntu Phone, Android and iOS.
The app provides a human being with the ability to easily create and participate in 'hashes' - spaces for hashing out problems or ideas, personal or shared between two or more people, which is decentralized and secured with strong encryption methods and protocols.
When participating in a hash, the participants apply smart actions from their personal inventory to further explore or solve the current state of the hash, receiving live feedback from other participants on if it helps exploring the problem or idea. Smart actions done by others can be imitated, modified, shared and repurposed, which let them spread and evolve virally like practices and ideas.
Hashes can contain more complex functionality such as including cryptocurrency wallets, smart contracts, etc. which make hashing out a powerful means to deal with any problem or explore any idea.
