Fixed Challenges list of Hokkaido Winter Festival does not list global Hokkaido challenges #70 .
Fixed the "Discovery XX" challenge missing in the challenge pages for contracts in Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bangkok, and Hokkaido.
Fixed all location-wide challenges missing in the challenge pages for contracts in Berlin and Ambrose Island.
