As requested in issue #213 I've compiled an improved list of providers broken out into official, third party, and build-your-own.
The Github package is not yet separated into an external repo. This is listed as an official provider and it links to the core oauth2-client package.
The Instagram repo is not yet migrated, even though the repo exists already. This is listed as an official provider and linked to the correct, currently empty destination.
The request from @philsturgeon mentioned modeling after the Omnipay package. The Omnipay package has a gh-pages branch and separate page for each of these. Since this does not exist on this repo currently, I've just included these items inline in the README.
