To load development environment, execute npm run dev in the terminal. It will spin up the following:
- dev server, serving static files on hot module reload, found here
- app server, found here
- node debugger in Chrome DevTools interface, with URL found in the terminal under the line
Debugger listening on port [number]. Copy and paste this URL into your address bar.
