Not working for new ui and I'll try to fix in the html so this doesn't have to be a workaround. I'm closing this for now. |

This doesn't fix how the file names are displayed, but fixes how they are rendered on the .pdf
I'm sure a best approach would be really dropping windows-1252 to utf-8.
