New features:

• Added an option to start the game with only a subweapon. Note that using the main weapon quickswap without a weapon will crash the game.
• Ring has been added to configurable items.
• A new setting has been added to spawn a ladder after defeating Ushumgallu in Dimensional Corridor for those who don't like having to do the damage boost.
• Lots of updates to custom placement.
• The shop in Graveyard of the Giants now also has guaranteed weights.

Bugfixes:

• Not having custom placement files present will no longer cause the randomizer fail.
• Custom placement of items into the swimsuit location now works correctly.
• The exploding trap chest doesn't respawn after being opened.
• The mysterious Shell Horn sound in Mulbruk's room has been fixed.
• Receiving Shrine Map or other special items in place of Pepper will now be detected correctly.
