Describe the bug
Daily integration-tests is not execting for stage. Investigator which schedules the components run is being busy with solver runs and halt adviser run.

Acceptance criteria

  • Research on the investigator for scheduling different messages parallelly.
  • Find a way to set priority on the investigator code.

as it's currently a bit unclear why investigator in stage is not working on all the topics

It is expected that thoth-station/investigator#673 will help address this problem. Pending verification of that
