Not sure if this should be a single trail or multiple.

This is a pretty good beginners guide: http://learn.shayhowe.com/html-css/

Resources from @kylefiedler from the design for developers course. I can't really speak for any of them, just tossing them out.

Dive Into HTML5 - http://diveintohtml5.info/
HTML5 Boilerplate - https://github.com/h5bp/html5-boilerplate
HTML5 for web designers - http://books.alistapart.com/products/html5-for-web-designers
CSS3: A Practical Introduction - http://leaverou.me/ft2010/#intro
CSS3 for web designers - http://books.alistapart.com/products/css3-for-web-designers
The 30 CSS Selectors you Must Memorize -
When can I use... - http://caniuse.com/ - This is probably less useful in the trails but just adding it in for opinions

The HTML & CSS trails have been removed from that pull request and still need to be added.

Split CSS trail into #56. Would like to see one for HTML, one for CSS.

Thinking Dive Into HTML5 would be on the HTML trail.

I would also add the "Head First HTML" book. You get some CSS in there as
well.
