As the Goerli testnets becomes deprecated, we no longer need to support the option to deploy the Bitcoin on Base on that testnet.

Ok, deployed to https://bob.test.threshold.network/ in https://github.com/threshold-network/bitcoin-on-base/actions/runs/8083170689/job/22085797659, I confirmed that the dApp uses correct API URLs for Sepolia. |
