Fixes and improvements

Purpose

• When an object is passed to gpuid(), it returns an object.
• When an array is passed to gpuid(), it returns an array.
• Stopword package downgraded to 0.1.13
• Others packages updated

Note

This PR generate some breaking changes, a new major version will be released.
