Per topepo/caret#70, add a simple example of the analysis of nested resampling as a vignette.

Hi. It would be awesome to have such an example. The nested CV is mainly used to evaluate models thoroughly, and not used to create the "final" predictive model, so a vignette would be a good solution instead of trying to change the pipeline to add "nestedcv" as an option. Looking forward to it.

Great post! That is just awesome - exaxctly when I need. Your example also nicely shows how much variations you can have in the final models. You also get an idea of that variance in performance.
