That could be a ISSUE_TEMPLATE if we opened issues on dbplyr. Now that we have the move bot, it is just as easy to tag them here as it would to move them.

Yeah, I think it's probably time to switch to dbplyr having it's own issues

In any case it should go to dbplyr issues I think.
