    Need to either consistently use flexible parser, or format specified in locale
or provide someway to select between them

  2. Implement %AD and %AT flexible parsers 

    * And use in the date and time formats in the default locale

* Fix bug in consumeInteger: previously it did not check that exactly n character were consumed

Fixes #442.
