It would be wonderful if there would be an official Docker container on Docker hub because at the moment there seem to be a bunch of inofficial and outdated ones.

Yes, indeed. We are working on this. We have first working version and expect to publish it in next weeks.

It would be nice if you integrated best practices like focusing on a small image (i.e. Alpine based and switching to an unprivileged user within the Dockerfile).
