Data and code for bowhead abundance estimation paper
Here you can find the data and code used for abundance estimation of bowhead whales based on mark-recapture analyses of genetic data.
The pdf file contains detailed instructions for how to conduct the analyses, and all necessary data files and code are in the corresponding folders.
Note that the "plotPost.R" and "HDIofMCMC.R" files must be in R's working directory for the analyses to work properly.
